Effie Comp Finder is a Chrome extension that helps users send comparable property data (“comps”) from Zillow.com and Redfin.com into their Effie CRM account.
Data we process
When you click the “Add Comp” button, the extension reads limited content from the current Zillow or Redfin page, such as:
• Property address
• Price or rent
• Beds and baths
• Square footage
• Year built
• Lot size (if available)
• Listing URL
This information is sent to your Effie CRM backend to create or update a comp record.
Data we do NOT collect
We do not collect or store:
• Your name, email address, or other personal identifiers
• Your passwords or authentication credentials
• Your payment or financial account information
• Your emails, text messages, or personal communications
• Your full browsing history across sites
Storage
The extension uses browser storage only to remember a simple “subject property” ID and your last selected comp tag (e.g., As-Is, Flip, Rental) so we can prefill the dropdown and keep the toolbar in sync. No personal data is stored in Chrome storage.
Data sharing
Property data is sent only to your Effie CRM backend as part of the core functionality of the extension. We do not sell your data or share it with advertising networks or unrelated third parties.
